Hot Cross Buns

I had my first attempt of making some bread and I’d say I have new found respect for bread bakers out there.  Seriously!  Kneading dough is not a joke! And I only have to do it for 15 minutes, what more if you have it as an 8-hour job? I tried baking raisin soda bread before but it does not involve the use of yeast and does not require kneading.  This one is a real bread.
