DAY 1 - AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge

I only had 4 hours of sleep the night before I started my Day 1.  My fault because I stayed up too late because I was so excited.   I prepared everything I need, I did alot of reading about AdvoCare, the challenge and some important information about the stuff that I am taking.  I am writing up everything that I was able to read, hear, researched and my own personal experiences about each product that I am taking and will all share it here in my blog site.

As for now, I had a fantastic first day! 



My measurements for DAY 1 (Aug 29, 2013)
Height - 5' 1"
Weight - 175 lbs (highest weight ever yuck!)
Measurements :   chest - 42  inches / waist - 41 inches   / hips - 45 inches / L & R thighs - 25 inches / L & R upper arms - 13. 5 inches

Note that when I measured I finally let go and did not suck in my stomach which I do everyday.  So these measurements (especially around the waist area) are my real measurements.

 As much to my embarrassment, I would go ahead and share my body photos before I started this challenge.  Forgive the ridiculous look on my face because I was just mad and disgusted at myself  LOL.  My goal is to make sure that my AFTER photos is less disgusting than these ones. haha



DAY 1 LOG:


7:25 AM - woke up


7:30 AM - peed, took weight and body measurements

7:55 AM - Spark + Catalyst (total of 2 cups of water)

8:25 AM - Fiber Drink + 1/2 unsalted hard boiled eggs (total of 2 cups of water)

9:25 AM - 2 cups of water

10:25 AM - 1/2 unsalted hard boiled egg + 7 pieces of cashew nuts

11:55 AM - 2 Omegaplex + Lunch: Salad (Lettuce-Tomato-Hard Boiled Eggs-Swai fish fried in 1/2 tsp olive oil with lemon vinaigrete + 1 tbsp of flax seeds) + 1/2 cup of canteloupe  + 2.5 cups of water

2:30 PM - Spark + Catalyst (total of 2 cups of  water)

2:30-3:30 PM - 1/2 hour cardio

3:30 PM - Afternoon Snack:  1/2 cup of cantaloupe + 6 pieces of almonds + 1 cup water

 5:00 PM - 2 cups of water

6:30 PM -2 Omegaplex + Replacement Shake (totaled 16 ounces because I put too much water and ice) + 1/2 banana

8:00 PM -   2 cup2 of water

9:00 PM - 6 pieces of cashews + 1 cup of water

10:00 PM - 1 Herbal Cleanse Tablet + 1 cup of water
