At the end of the 2nd day the change is just crazy. I promised myself not to take daily photos so when I take an after photo on the 11th and 24th day of the challenge, the changes will be more evident.
Nevertheless, I have never been motivated before. I guess it also helps being able to do this together with two of my closest friends here in TN - Girlie and Liza.
Well here is my measurements and log for day 2nd. This will be the last time I will measure until my 11th day.
My measurements for DAY 2 (Aug 30, 2013)
Height - 5' 1"
Weight - 170 lbs (went down 5 lbs from yesterday woot!)
Measurements : chest - 42 inches / waist - 40 inches (went down by an inch!) / hips - 45 inches / L & R thighs - 25 inches / L & R upper arms - 13. 5 inches
DAY 2 LOG:
6:30 AM - woke up
6:45 AM - peed, took weight and body measurements
7:00 AM - Spark + 3 Catalyst (total of 2 cups of water)
7:30 AM - Fiber Drink + 1 unsalted hard boiled eggs + 1/2 banana (total of 2 cups of water)
8:45 AM - 9:20AM - HipHop Abs total body burn workout with Girlie
9:30 AM - 2 cups of water
11:45 AM - 2 Omegaplex + Lunch: Salad (Lettuce-Tomato-Hard Boiled Eggs-Swai fish fried in 1/2 tsp olive oil with lemon vinaigrete + 1 tbsp of flax seeds) + 1/2 cup of canteloupe + 2 cups of water
2:30 PM - Spark (total of 2 cups of water)
3:00 PM - Afternoon Snack: 6 pieces of almonds + 1 cup water
5:00 PM - 2 cups of water
6:30 PM -2 Omegaplex + Replacement Shake (totaled 16 ounces because I put too much water and ice)
8:00 PM - 2 cups of water
9:00 PM - 1/2 cup of cantaloupe
10:00 PM - 1 Herbal Cleanse Tablet + 1 cup of water
11:00 PM - 1/2 cup cantaloupe + 4 pieces almonds
